SpeakOne (上镜说) is developed and operated by mauth.inc (“we”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information in our iOS app and related services, including this website.
Please read this policy carefully before using the app. By using the app, you indicate that you understand and agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using it and uninstall the app.
Information We Collect
- Camera and microphone data: during practice, video and audio are captured through your iPhone's camera and microphone and used only to run AI expression analysis on your device and generate practice feedback. We do not use it for any other purpose.
- Account and device information: if you sign in or subscribe, the Apple account information required for sign-in and subscriptions, plus basic details such as device model and OS version.
- Usage data: app usage logs, feature-usage statistics and crash reports, used to fix issues and improve the product.
- Support information: what you voluntarily submit through technical support, such as your name, contact details and issue description.
How We Use Information
We use the above information to provide expression analysis and practice feedback, maintain and improve the product and services, respond to your support requests, and produce aggregated, anonymous statistics. We do not sell personal information or use it for purposes unrelated to the product.
Data Storage and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Only where necessary (for example, completing subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system, or using cloud services) do we share the minimum required information with the relevant provider, and we require them to take reasonable security measures.
Your Rights
At any time you can email hello@speakoneapp.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We will respond and act within a reasonable timeframe.
Policy Updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If changes involve significant adjustments to rights or obligations, we will notify you through in-app notices, push messages or other reasonable means.
